Wrap Around Care at Bisley C of E Primary School

 

Our approach to childcare

At Bisley C of E Primary School we recognise that all families needs are different. Therefore we offer a range of additional childcare options.  We also recognise that working patterns for parents are not always the same, therefore we have given parents the option to book day by day - really only booking what they need.

 

Breakfast Club and Bisley +1 are open to all children in Nursery up to Year 6.

Our After School Club is currently open to children in Reception to Year 6.

 

Booking and paying

All childcare needs to be booked through your child's Scopay account. You can also pay on Scopay, however, if you would like to use Childcare Vouchers or the Tax Free Childcare please email admin@bisley.surrey.sch.uk to share your reference number so we can link your payment to your booking.

Bisley +1 can be booked in advance or on the day, up until 2.45pm

Breakfast and the After School Club must be booked at least one day in advance

 

Breakfast 

Breakfast opens at 7.30am and children enter through the main entrance, Please follow our usual travel to school policy.

Breakfast is served in the hall until 8.15am - please see the menu below.

Once children have finished eating there will be an opoprtunity for them to take part in activties to get them ready for the school day.

 

Bisley +1

This is a one hour childcare club that offers parents greater flexibility on the day. Is your journey taking longer than expected? In a meeitng that doesn't finish until 3.30pm?  Hairdressers overrunning? Do you want to do some extra shopping before collecting your child? Then Bisley +1 is for you. It offers a short extension to the school day and you can book on the day. Collection is from the main office.

Please note that BIsley +1 is part of our Late Colllection Policy, meaning that if a child is not collected as expected they will be placed into Bisley +1 where we know they will be safe. 

 

After School Care

We offer two finishing times for our After School Care - 5.15pm and 6pm.  Children staying until 6pm will eat a light tea (please see the menu bellow) and this is reflected in the cost.

Each evenig the children will be offered a mixture of free flow (inside and out) and an organised activty that they can chose to take part in.  

Children are welcome to attend an onsite club and then go to After School Care. Please book the After School Care as usual and then email the school office and the staff member running the club to let them know they need to go to After School Care following the club.

Holiday Clubs

We aim to offer a Holiday Club for one week at Easter and at least a week at the beginning of the Summer Holidays. Depending on staff availability we may offer a Holiday Club during some of the half terms too.

The Holiday Clubs are for children age 4 - 11.

The core hours for the club are 9am - 3pm, however there is the option to extend this from 8.30am to 4pm. This can all be booked on Scopay.

The club has themed days and is a mixture of free flow and organised activties.
